Meeting invitations were sent out last week, but links are repeated below for those who have recently been added to the mailing list, and Webex invitations are attached to this message.

Presenters – please send a headshot for our virtual meeting photo; be sure the file name is your name for correct identification. Presenters are encouraged to send PDF versions of their final presentations for upload to the TEMPO website. Presenters may also send PPT or PDF files in advance of the meeting as a backup in case you have trouble sharing (note that we will not be able to provide backup for presentations in poster breakout rooms). Send all files to meeting-support at espo.nasa.gov<mailto:meeting-support at espo.nasa.gov> no later than June 3. Please note:

  *   Only material suitable for full and open distribution shall be submitted and submittals shall be considered approved by the providing organization to be suitable for full and open distribution. No proprietary, export controlled, classified, or sensitive material should be presented.  If you are with NASA, Form NF-1676 has been replaced by a website called STRIVES (Scientific, Technical and Research Information discoVEry System) for the submission and approval for NASA STI (Scientific and Technical Information) (https://strives.nasa.gov<https://strives.nasa.gov/>).

Presenters may also join a drop-in Webex test session Thursday, May 26, from noon-2pm EDT (9-11am PDT) using the TEMPO STM meeting link.

Join by phone:
If you must join by phone please log in to the meeting online and select the audio option “Call me at:” instead of “Computer Audio.” When Webex initiates the phone call you will be identified to other attendees. This option is also available in breakout rooms. If you simply call in to Webex you will not be able to move your audio connection to a breakout room for a poster session.
