[Tempo] TEMPO Science Team Meeting - August 13 & 14th

A few items to mention in preparation for the remote TEMPO meeting that will be held next week, August 13th and 14th.


  1.  Please review the meeting website which has all the latest info:  https://meeting-info.org/tempo-stm2020 (agenda, connection tips, and a video on how to use Webex with breakout rooms)
  2.  We are planning to have 20 posters each day.  If you are presenting an e-poster, please fill out the attached PowerPoint template and email your slide to me before 8am, August 12th PDT.
  3.  Please download and install Cisco Webex Meetings Desktop App before the meeting.  It is easiest to do this by connecting to the meeting early to download the app.  Note: We are asking presenters to connect 30 minutes beforehand to test audio and get setup.  Using Webex from the application will allow you full functionality during the meeting versus connecting via the browser interface which will not allow you into breakout rooms.

Calendar invites with links to the online meeting were sent out an hour ago.
