Hello Claire,

I found your registration and see that you did not request travel support when you completed the form (see below for more detail). Can you please update your registration today? You registered on July 11 and you should have a confirmation email from that date with a link that will enable you to edit your registration so that you don’t create a new registration. (If you can’t find this you can register again of course, but we strive to minimize duplicates.)

Note that in your registration you said you were currently funded by an ESI award (Q is - Are you currently funded from an ESI award?). Because of this you were not given the questions about funding for the meeting as (I believe) such funding would cover travel to the meeting

Kevin – if you would like to update/correct/clarify any of my comments please do so – I’m sending now since time is tight to get this completed and we’re all so many time zones apart.

Hello,

I am looking forward to hopefully participating in the upcoming NASA SET Meeting! I am a second year PhD student at the University of Alaska Fairbanks and am funded with a Future Investigators in NASA Earth and Space Science and Technology award. However, I do not have the funding to attend this upcoming meeting. I saw in the recent email that confirmation for approved travel support will be sent out by October 7. I wanted to reach out to confirm that I have applied for this travel support and ask if there was anything else I need to do to be considered.
