Hello Ben and organizing committee,
My flight is delayed, and I am now put in a new flight which only arrives at San Diego 9:56 am tomorrow morning (Nov 8).
My lighting talk is schedule on Nov 8. I am wondering if it would be possible to move it to Nov 9 ?
I apologize for the inconvenience.

Best,
Lei

If you are receiving this message, you were selected to give a lightning talk at the NASA Solid Earth Team Meeting on November 8 or 9, 2022 (day to be confirmed later). Please reply ASAP if for any reason you no longer anticipate being able to present a lightning talk at the meeting. You will receive a second message about your poster presentation.

Please see the attached slide template, and the following guidelines for preparing your presentation:

  * We plan to use the title you submitted upon registration (and received in your registration confirmation) in the meeting program.
  * Do not put any copy above the title in the template – the top/center of the slide will be obscured by a Webex screen sharing message.
  * There are three slides in the template – use them all. You will have a total of 2 ½ minutes to speak. Each slide will auto-advance after 50 seconds. Please organize slide content as follows:
     *   Introduction/Background
     *   Methods/Analysis
     *   Results/Significance
  * Tip – A small number of pictures and fewer words convey more memorable messages from a short presentation. Remember, this lightning talk is an advertisement for your poster. Your title should be the same for each.
  * You can rehearse your presentation in PowerPoint with a timer visible above the top left corner of your slide. From the menu bar select Slide Show > Rehearse Timings.
  * Your slides will be bundled with others into one presentation. There will be a 30-second transition slide between speakers.
  * Create a file name that BEGINS with your Surname, followed by an underscore and abbreviated title: e.g., Surname_Title.
  * Upload your slide file to https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdrive.google.com%2Fdrive%2Ffolders%2F1xxDECQPsJb52wZFQimLU6EWTTq-6b-7F%3Fusp%3Dsharing&data=05%7C01%7Cset-meeting-support%40espo.nasa.gov%7C8728f53365374698c9e708dac0ef0486%7C7005d45845be48ae8140d43da96dd17b%7C0%7C0%7C638034430064401528%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=Ooj8yl3WTvp6SNwLb6wpJiCaLDxSxdctwV94rUwmMB0%3D&reserved=0<https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Furldefense.com%2Fv3%2F__https%3A%2Fdrive.google.com%2Fdrive%2Ffolders%2F1xxDECQPsJb52wZFQimLU6EWTTq-6b-7F%3Fusp%3Dsharing__%3B!!KGKeukY!1VlaSAIiz24vUorJEdc8SrFW1WNS82YDQcQPIbtaYiSDQyGcWDmlnwtKg2H0XT5nug0daJUXn9X5oalQfo4axAS8300%24&data=05%7C01%7Cset-meeting-support%40espo.nasa.gov%7C8728f53365374698c9e708dac0ef0486%7C7005d45845be48ae8140d43da96dd17b%7C0%7C0%7C638034430064401528%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=nGgfVPsS31tlOrvrWNahuW5OoZlR6U7aiDvni2TBe8k%3D&reserved=0> into the “November 8 - Lightning Talks 1” or “November 9 - Lightning Talks 2” folder (days will be assigned later).
