Hello,
Friendly update that we have scheduled your poster for Day 2, Wednesday, November 9. A few reminders and details below:

  * Posters must be no larger than 4 x 4 feet. There will be two posters per poster board, and there is limited overall space.
  * Please plan to put up your poster during the meeting check in period from 8:00-8:45am Wednesday, and take down your poster as soon as the meeting adjourns for the day at 5:30pm to make way for poster board removal.
  * The meeting packet available on site will include a numbered list of all posters and key to poster locations.
  * Materials for mounting posters will be provided. Posters mounted on the auditorium wall MUST be put up using blue painter tape; you may NOT use push pins. Blue tape will be available from ESPO staff on site.

Looking forward to seeing you in La Jolla!

Best,
Ben
