[Set-meeting-support] NASA SET Meeting final reminders

Some final reminders/details for next week’s Solid-Earth Team Meeting:


  *   Registration opens at 7:45am Monday in the Scripps Seaside Forum lobby. The meeting will begin promptly at 8:45am.
  *   A complete meeting information package<https://sites.google.com/a/nasa.gov/esi-2019/agenda> is now available online for download. Printed copies won’t be provided. Download/print for your reference as desired.
  *   Some breakout sessions<https://sites.google.com/a/nasa.gov/esi-2019/form> require activities to be completed prior to the session. Double check your assignments on the same page.
  *   Check your poster session<https://sites.google.com/a/nasa.gov/esi-2019/posters> assignment on the website. Posters should be put up by lunch and taken down by 6:45pm on your assigned day.
  *   To submit a Project Overview Slide Template (POST)<https://drive.google.com/file/d/1bhG79KJDY_dY5egPQb_AmP_U6nx5x1AU/view>—a 1-slide ESI research highlight that will be rotating on display during breaks—send to SET-Meeting-Support at espo.nasa.gov<mailto:SET-Meeting-Support at espo.nasa.gov>.
  *   Food invoices will be distributed at registration on Monday along with details on how to pay. The preferred methods of payment are electronic no-fee methods such as Venmo, Zelle, and Paypal. As a last resort, checks will be accepted.
