Subject: NASA Solid-Earth Team Meeting update: posters and highlight slides


We have now confirmed all speakers for the NASA Solid-Earth Team meeting. The updated meeting agenda<https://sites.google.com/a/nasa.gov/esi-2019/agenda> can be found on the SET website.


All participants will be invited to present a poster. We will ask that you confirm your intent and poster title in an upcoming survey. Posters should not exceed a 4' x 4’ space, as presenters will share a 8’W x 4’H poster board.


In addition, separate from the poster session, we invite all participants to submit a Project Overview Slide Template (POST); a 1-slide ESI research highlight that will be rotating on display during breaks as a way to facilitate meeting others and spark discussion during the meeting. The POST also helps ESI track research accomplishments, and report highlights to NASA headquarters. To submit a POST, use the attached template and send directly to SET-Meeting-Support at espo.nasa.gov<mailto:SET-Meeting-Support at espo.nasa.gov> by Friday, November 1, with the following format: LastName_FirstName_POST_SET19.pptx.


As a reminder, all registered attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservation. To be guaranteed a per diem rate at one of the recommended hotels<https://sites.google.com/a/nasa.gov/esi-2019/accomodations-2>, reservations need to be made by the cutoff dates<https://sites.google.com/a/nasa.gov/esi-2019/important-dates>, which are approaching this week and next.
