[Set-meeting-support] Funding Notification for NASA Solid-Earth Team Meeting, Nov 4-6, 2019

We are pleased to inform you that we are able to provide you full funding for the NASA Earth Surface and Interior (ESI) focus area-led Solid-Earth Team (SET) meeting<https://sites.google.com/a/nasa.gov/esi-2019/home> on November 4-6, 2019, at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography in La Jolla, CA. For NASA and JPL employees, this is a registered NASA conference under NCTS Code 38932-20.

The funding supports travel, hotel accommodation, and per diem. Travel should be booked in accordance with your NASA center mechanisms. If you are not a NASA or JPL employee and will need to book travel independently and receive reimbursement through a non-NASA or JPL institution, please respond to this email. Note that all registered attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservation<https://sites.google.com/a/nasa.gov/esi-2019/accomodations-2>. To receive the per diem rate, reservations need to be made by the cutoff dates specified on the website. The first deadline is September 6.
