I hope you are doing well!
I just wanted to confirm if it's okay for me to present a project idea at the meeting. I'm not currently working with any PI; it's just something I've been thinking about. However, maybe someone would be interested in helping me develop it.
It's absolutely not a problem if the agenda is too busy!
