Hi everyone,
Here is the Plan of the Day for Monday, October 24 (all times Pacific):
Updates:
* This was a spectacular day for S-MODE science. There is an outstanding target - a sharp front in the southeastern part of the ops area - that all in situ assets are well-positioned to survey. Additionally, all three aircraft surveyed the area on a cloud-free day.
* The S-MODE team is diligently tracking the feature to set up for another great science day tomorrow.

* Autonomous platform planned tracks are now incorporated into Google Earth in the KML share<https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdrive.google.com%2Fdrive%2Ffolders%2F1mIqVNvzcqRkMwI3-hBBILtDa0SS5yWFj&data=05%7C01%7Cs-mode%40espo.nasa.gov%7Ce35bae849bd94894186e08dab57096ba%7C7005d45845be48ae8140d43da96dd17b%7C0%7C0%7C638021792425830389%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=yd3IIL%2BE%2BPzECY4iAwpltZbG%2BoDeNRIdnBCxFxEEcjk%3D&reserved=0> folder of the S-MODE Drive<https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdrive.google.com%2Fdrive%2Ffolders%2F0AKH1vhTkAIZPUk9PVA&data=05%7C01%7Cs-mode%40espo.nasa.gov%7Ce35bae849bd94894186e08dab57096ba%7C7005d45845be48ae8140d43da96dd17b%7C0%7C0%7C638021792425830389%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=HfzjOF2TTUHSURCn1dW%2BBPjoELmvhCtZXce07pu%2FLo0%3D&reserved=0>
Monday, October 24
Aircraft schedule:
* 1100: G-III SF6 takeoff
* NET 1100: Twin Otter SF8 takeoff
* 1200: B200 SF14 takeoff
Ship and in situ plan:
* Lagrangian floats could be recovered Tuesday and will make one final survey later in the week. There will be a radiometer survey after the floats are recovered.
* EcoCTD operations to resume after being suspended due to sea-state conditions.
* Underway sampling during MASS and PRISM overflights. Coordination between BH and MASS for a line directly under one of the MASS lines is highly desired. Luc will provide MASS kml in AM.
* CTD casts attempted at the location of the float surfacing - at 8h intervals.
* Radiometric buoy measurement from the Bold Horizon possible.
* Saildrones continue moving their line to adjust for frontal movement.
* Wave Glider triangles and lines continue to adjust position to track frontal movement.
Science team meeting schedule:
* 1030: ASV/Ship Ops Meeting - https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwhoi-edu.zoom.us%2Fj%2F96964625447&data=05%7C01%7Cs-mode%40espo.nasa.gov%7Ce35bae849bd94894186e08dab57096ba%7C7005d45845be48ae8140d43da96dd17b%7C0%7C0%7C638021792425830389%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=ZfTG3GynYKV9ZIWVpKwKwPyd%2BqLoHy8NCUIjHsREGc4%3D&reserved=0<https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwhoi-edu.zoom.us%2Fj%2F96964625447&data=05%7C01%7Cs-mode%40espo.nasa.gov%7Ce35bae849bd94894186e08dab57096ba%7C7005d45845be48ae8140d43da96dd17b%7C0%7C0%7C638021792425830389%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=ZfTG3GynYKV9ZIWVpKwKwPyd%2BqLoHy8NCUIjHsREGc4%3D&reserved=0>
