[S-MODE] Postponing next S-MODE STM until Sep 23

We are postponing tomorrow’s science team meeting until September 23. We anticipate starting a light version of the control center about September 20, where we will start examining the ocean environment, and continue developing and using products that will aid in mission planning. We will send out more details on these activities soon.
