[S-MODE] ST meeting, 9/28 at 1000PT/1300ET

Dear all,

With 36 poll respondents, it looks like Monday 9/28 at 1000PT/1300ET is 
the time that would maximize participation for the S-MODE Science Team 
meeting.  I will send a webex invitation shortly.

The meeting will be 1 hour long and will focus on discussion of the 
timing and scope of the 2021 S-MODE campaign(s).  As hinted by the "(s)" 
on campaign, we will need to consider whether we should plan one or two 
campaigns in 2021.  For example, we might conduct a reduced-scope pilot 
campaign in April 2021 and do the first month-long campaign in October 
2021.  We also need to consider whether there are other science team 
activities that we could or should do in the meantime.
