Hi all,
All aircraft teams, airborne instrument teams, and those who have expressed an interest to Tom Farrar in participating in S-MODE as a mission scientist at NASA Ames Research Center should expect to receive a request for information from the ESPO database management system shortly. We are requesting that you provide basic contact information, travel plans, and personally identifiable information (if required). Please respond to this request in a timely manner so that we can start processing your base access and badge requests.
A few notes:
1. If you have a PIV badge from AFRC or JPL, please indicate that you have a current NASA PIV badge by checking the appropriate box in the Personal Information section of your Registration page. If you check this box, only your basic contact information will be required to complete your registration. ESPO will submit NAMS requests for you for N248 building access.
2. Foreign nationals will need to complete the attached form and use the instructions in the subsequent email to submit it to us through the S-MODE Registration page. We will securely forward these onto the International Visits Office at Ames.
If you have any questions, please contact Ayuta Padhi at ayuta.padhi at nasa.gov<mailto:ayuta.padhi at nasa.gov>.
Thank you,
Erin Czech
