[S-MODE] Travel booking through SSAI

Hi all,

If you require travel support for S-MODE and are not a NASA employee or contractor, you should have received an email from SSAI via Cassie Lehnhardt (cassie.lehnhardt at ssaihq.com<mailto:cassie.lehnhardt at ssaihq.com>) with travel booking instructions. If this applies to you and you have not received an email from Cassie, please let me know.

As a reminder, S-MODE will be utilizing SSAI to provide the project’s non-NASA participants with travel support. SSAI (through the CI Azumano travel agency) will book airline and rental car reservations for you, as well as reimburse your travel expenses after your travel is complete. Please note that you will have the opportunity to select your choice of airline and flight, but these selections are subject to government travel rules. All non-NASA travelers should be receiving an email from Cassie Lehnhardt with SSAI next week with travel booking instructions.
