[S-MODE] DMP input details

All,

In order to keep the DMP organized, here are some instructions for your input.

You will be writing a section 2 and sections 3.1-3.4 for your measurement according to the template<https://drive.google.com/open?id=1txfsem1NBC4b7cCqjjiWrQ6u74a65Ncl>  Can you please insert your input into the G-suite google drive document I have put up - link below. However, you will have to do it slightly differently from the template. Your input will go into sections 2.x and 3.x.1-3.x.4. “x” is your section, which should be clear from the draft document. For example for the Lagrangian floats, “x” is 8. For DopplerScatt, “x” is 4.
