[S-MODE] S-MODE Logistics Support Survey

Hi All,

It was great meeting several of you at the S-MODE Science Team Meeting last week. As the pilot campaign is quickly approaching, we are very interested in beginning to collect logistics requirements for each team.

Please respond to this email and indicate if you would be interested in assistance with shipping support equipment for the upcoming pilot field campaign, to either Ames Research Center or to the R/V MOB site.

In addition, we would like to collect information about the consumables needed at the integration sites, at ARC, and at the MOB site. I’ve attached a survey in which you can indicate your requirements. Example entries have been populated in red font.

Consumable gasses (Dry Air, UHP Nitrogen) and cryogens (dry ice and liquid nitrogen) will be procured and provided by ESPO, so please indicate your requirements by location (integration, MOB, deployment, de-integration, de-MOB). Please indicate any hazardous materials that are needed by location as well.

Please complete and return the attached shipping survey to me by September 30th.
