[S-mode-st] S-MODE update, 5/14

Dear all,

I hope you are doing well.  I just wanted to let you know that the plan 
and schedule for the S-MODE pilot campaign remains the same (late 
October; see below).  It remains a possibility, of course, that we will 
need to postpone to spring 2021, depending on the situation with COVID-19.

Please take care, and please let me know if you have ideas, thoughts, or 
concerns about S-MODE.
