ESD -
We are organizing Community Forums for the new 2017 Earth Decadal Survey, and we ask your assistance in notifying people about them.
The first in a series of these Community Forums is May 10th from 12:45-2:45 p.m. EDT. We invite people to participate, so that we can give everyone an update on the approach, timing, progress and especially opportunities to engage with this process.
The webpage for information about this event is:
https://science.nasa.gov/earth-science/decadal-survey-community-forum
People can attend in person, through Webex, or via Telecon. All the details are on the website above. The in-person location is NASA Headquarters in Washington, D.C.
We are very interested in keeping the community informed about activities, progress, and opportunities regarding the Earth Decadal Survey. We have a special Earth Decadal Survey webpage - https://science.nasa.gov/earth-science/decadal-surveys - for information about the Decadal and for people to provide written input, feedback, and questions.
We’d appreciate your help in notifying people about the May 10th event and the new NASA webpage.
Please distribute the information above to your own community and to relevant associations, colleagues, and list-serves.
Feel free to post links to the event & the two webpages where you see fit and via social media.
Thanks and best regards,
Mike, Sandra, Pat, Eric, Jack, Pam, and Lawrence
