Subject: [Posidon] Ellington Facility Access

For your planning purposes ...

Team Members are encouraged to arrive at EFD no earlier than August 29. Once badged, lab/office workspace will be accessible for non-foreign national team member use 24/7 including Labor Day weekend. Access to the WB-57 is limited to 8AM - 8PM Mon-Fri (except Labor Day) with installation of instruments on the aircraft beginning September 6.

Escorts for Foreign National team members will be available Mon-Fri from 8:00AM - 5:00PM. Over Labor Day weekend escorts will be available 8:30AM - 3:30PM on Saturday and Sunday as well as 8:30 - 12:30 on Monday, September 5. Foreign National escorts will not be available other weekends.

Badges can be picked up at the EFD badging office from 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM, Monday through Friday (closed on Labor Day). If you will be arriving at other times, please contact Jasmine Gascar (jasmine.gascar-1 at nasa.gov<mailto:jasmine.gascar-1 at nasa.gov>, 1-281-244-9283) for instructions.

PANTHER/UCATS, WAS, DLH and SPEC will be located in Building 994; those badges will be coded locally for access to 994.

Once you have finalized your plans, please email Jasmine with your arrival dates/times, local lodging and contact information.

See you soon!

Ron
