[Posidon] Island Gas Delivery Schedule

Thank you everyone for your feedback on the Delivery Schedule from Island Gas.  Attached is the calendar.

Specific questions here for SPEC, PANTHER/UCATS, WAS and Marilyn.

My apologies.  Even though we just discussed the delivery calendar on the call, I have additional questions based on my comparison of an email Marilyn forwarded to me and the quote from Island Gas (Bong).  Please help me confirm the amounts ordered from Island Gas are correct.

No questions about UltraZero Air: DLH requested Eight K-size UltraZero Air.  Bong to provide Eight cyls 300 Cu.Ft on Tuesday 9/27.

No questions about Helium: Bong to provide Eight cylinders 200 Cu. Ft. Balloon Grade Helium on Tuesday 9/27.   Confirmed by Emyrs on telecon.

SPEC, PANTHER/UCATS, Marilyn regarding Nitrogen Gas: SPEC requested Two full size bottles filled to 2500 lbs/sqin Nitrogen Gas (N2) on Marilyn's email summary.  The SDS Master List shows PANTHER/UCATS with 3 5-9's nitrogen N2, bottles full size SS, 400 weight, 18 ft3 total volume in the major hazmats by amount shipped section.  On the telecon PANTHER/UCATS say they are shipping this.  Bong to provide Seven cyls 200 Cu. Ft. Nitrogen Compressed Industrial Grade.  SPEC says this is much more than they need.  Marilyn, Shall I change this to 2 bottles?

WAS Team regarding delivery date for Liquid Nitrogen: Liquid Nitrogen is schedule to be delivered on Monday, 9/26.  Is it okay to delivery on Tuesday 9/27 along with the other cylinders?  Or shall all the other cylinders be delivered on Monday.  Essentially, can we combine these deliveries from Island Gas that week?  We were going to talk off-line to confirm amounts but I figured it out.  You asked for 800L, Bong is providing 211 gallons via the 160 LP dewar.  We can confirm delivery of Five 160LP.

PANTHER/UCATS Team regarding Dry Ice: The Balloon team is not coming until the mid month for two weeks to launch 4 balloons.  They need about 15-20 lbs of dry ice per launch but we are getting 200 lbs on Mondays (not Wednesdays). Marilyn's email summary mentioned PANTHER/UCATS needed dry ice and the SDS Masters spreadsheet had small quantities of dry ice for your team.  When does PANTHER/UCATS need the dry ice?  Balloon team only needs delivery October 10 and October 24.  How much do you need and do you need it before October 10th?  Is Wednesday delivery okay?  We ordered 1000 lbs but looks like we only need 400 lbs. Marilyn, Shall I change this to 400 lbs?
