[Oracles-modelers] Model domain

Hi Karla,
The ORACLES region of operations is contained in Domain #2 (15 W to 15
E, 30 S to 0 N). We are plotting domain 1 to have an idea of regional
context. Domain 1 is currently going to 10 N, so I don't think we need
to extend it even further north, we are not getting even close to there.
I'm not sure why that Dakar AERONET site was included in this list, but
I don't think we will be using it too much in the ORACLES context.
Any other thoughts?
