Thanks Rich -
Excited you will be passing over Ascension, we should be able to make a correspondence with the P3 data from yesterday/today using
the LASIC datasets as a bridge.
Much thanks to you for everything. Have been very impressed at your ability to develop multiple complex plans for the ER2 without
much of a break, especially when I compare it to our multi-personnel and alternating efforts on the P3 plans.

Please find attached the chart and log describing tomorrow’s ER-2 transit flight from Walvis Bay to Recife, Brazil. After flying NW along the standard diagonal to 10 S, 0 W, the plan next goes straight to and over Ascension Is. (point 11 or FHAW in the chart and map). The pass over Ascension Is. may be an opportunity for a step and stare for AirMSPI. After the pass over Ascension, there is a direct line to Recife.
Takeoff time is around 0850 UT (1050 local time in Walvis Bay) in order to arrive in Recife around 17:45 UT. Flight time around 9 hours.
Thanks to all the ER-2 crew, pilots, managers, instrumenters, PIs, ESPO staff, ORACLES personnel, leaders, forecasters, (and everyone else I forgot) for making this a very successful ER-2 deployment and ORACLES mission.
Rich
