Subject: [OROACLES] ER-2 Upload/Integration

All,

In talking with Rich, we would like to have a telecom next week to coordinate the upcoming ORACLES upload/integration.  Rich will be at a meeting next week so his availability will be limited.

Based on his availability, I would like to recommend:

Monday July 11 @ 1000 PDT (1300 EDT) or
Tuesday July 12 @ 1000 PDT (1300 EDT)

Please let me you if your team can support these times.

We would like to discuss the following:

Upload/Integration Schedule
Local Check Flight Plans
Instrument Status

I have been talking to individual instrument teams about adjustments to the integration schedule and as some of you are aware AirMSPI and eMAS are already at AFRC supporting local science missions. In addition, we are planning a dedicated eMAS mission for next Thursday. However, there is still some time required to integrate SSFR and HSRL-2. Based on our current status, I would like to discuss the following revised schedule:

19 Jul - Instrument Teams Arrive/Laboratory Setup (as required)
20 Jul -  Instrument Prep
21 Jul - SSFR Upload (Needs to go before HSRL-2)
22 Jul - RSP Upload
25 Jul - HSRL-2 Upload
26 Jul-  Hangar Checks (All Instruments)
27 Jul - CST
28 Jul - CST Backup
01 Aug - Check Flight #1
02 Aug - Repair Day
03 Aug - Check Flight #2
