Hello James,
Thank you for forwarding the backup slides. We have downloaded the presentation, and will have it ready to share should you not be able to share the presentation yourself.
The meeting has been setup so that individuals can mute/unmute themselves. We suggest that new presenters join early to test audio/video connections. We are happy to help!
We are looking forward to “seeing” you later😁.

Subject: Re: [Meeting-support] CAMP2Ex STM Presentations
Hi Susan,
Apologies for the delay in sending our presentation to you and "meeting-support at espo.nasa.gov<mailto:meeting-support at espo.nasa.gov>". We are scheduled to present from 15:34 to 15:52 (PDT) later.
I am attaching both a Powerpoint file (for presentation backup) and the PDF version (for posting after the meeting).
I will be handling the slides from our side but our young(er) researchers will be doing the presentations of the work they are focused on.
As such, may I request that the following persons be allowed to unmute themselves during our presentation (in sequential order):
James Simpas
Shane Visaga
Larry Aragon
Gela Magnaye
Many thanks and see you in a bit!
James

The CAMP2Ex virtual STM is next week.
Our preference is for you to share your presentation in Webex so your cursor can point to slide details.
If you haven’t shared your screen with Webex before, there will be 30 minutes before each meeting when you can join to test your audio and test sharing your screen.
We highly recommend using the Webex desktop app as it provides additional features like removing background noise. Download the Webex application to your desktop from https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.webex.com%2Fdownloads.html&data=04%7C01%7Cmeeting-support%40espo.nasa.gov%7Cb9159f8cd1824bc3774408d98287f1c0%7C7005d45845be48ae8140d43da96dd17b%7C0%7C0%7C637684342663464443%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&sdata=gjwnAUxwSIfOkVNvgqjQkOv3LxawXbeudjXJTmq2CJM%3D&reserved=0<https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.webex.com%2Fdownloads.html&data=04%7C01%7Cmeeting-support%40espo.nasa.gov%7Cb9159f8cd1824bc3774408d98287f1c0%7C7005d45845be48ae8140d43da96dd17b%7C0%7C0%7C637684342663464443%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&sdata=gjwnAUxwSIfOkVNvgqjQkOv3LxawXbeudjXJTmq2CJM%3D&reserved=0> or an option to download will appear once you join the meeting.
When you Share, it is best to select the specific application like PowerPoint or Adobe. Click Share, then select the thumbnail of what you want to show, then click Share again to complete the process.
Please send your presentation in 16:9 format/aspect ratio to meeting-support at espo.nasa.gov<mailto:meeting-support at espo.nasa.gov> at least one day prior to your presentation date. If you are experiencing computer or bandwidth problems during the meeting, we can display and advance your slides assuming you are able to dial in. It is helpful to have slide numbers to be able to confirm we are in sync.
We like to post the presentations for reference after the meeting.
Only material suitable for full and open distribution shall be submitted and submittals shall be considered approved by the providing organization to be suitable for full and open distribution. No proprietary, export controlled, classified, or sensitive material should be presented. If you are with NASA, Form NF-1676 has been replaced by a website called STRIVES (Scientific, Technical and Research Information discoVEry System) for the submission and approval for NASA STI (Scientific and Technical Information) (https://strives.nasa.gov<https://strives.nasa.gov/>)
Hope to see you on camera next week,
Susan
