Hi Judy,
Thanks for the email about the ePoster session.  I have a few questions for you since we do mostly AUDIO work and have a lot of videos:

  1.  I would like to make sure that the audio for anything we present works.  This is important as I have found that most tools to play audio/sound files to people in eConference settings are not well set up for this and require special settings.
  2.  I also have a lot of videos that I use to quickly demonstrate key ideas. These are mostly embedded mp4s that are about 8-10 second long (some have sound) but I want to make sure we are able to play these via whatever tool is being used.
  3.  The files (pptx) that I have tend to be large as well (~1.5 GB).
I have some family obligations for this weekend and a fairly full Monday but I can certainly work with someone if there are issues that need to be addressed.
