[Meeting-support] 2021 TEMPO STM e-Posters notification and June 1st deadline

Thank you for your interest in the TEMPO Science Team Meeting which will be held virtually on June 2nd and 3rd from 1000 to 1730 EDT (0700-1430 PDT) daily.

We are pleased to inform you that your e-poster submission has been accepted by the organizing committee.  The TEMPO<https://meeting-info.org/tempo-stm2021/> website has now been updated with a preliminary Agenda, and the lineup for e-poster talks.

The TEMPO<https://meeting-info.org/tempo-stm2021/> website includes an abundance of information including specific details for e-poster presenters.   We encourage you to make good use of this reference.

Poster presenters please note the following:

  1.  Send your introduction PowerPoint slide about your poster using the template<https://meeting-info.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/1-minute-Poster-Info-SlideTemplate.pptx?189db0&189db0> on the website to meeting-support at espo.nasa.gov<mailto:meeting-support at espo.nasa.gov> before noon EDT on Monday, June 1st.  You will talk to this slide for two-minutes to the whole group on your appointed day.
  2.  Prepare your e-poster in whatever format you want to share in your own breakout room.
