We will pass you “the ball” when it is your turn to present.  You will notice that currently Mahta is speaking and there is a “ball” next to her name (her initials).  Once you have the ball, then “share” will appear lighted.  Then click “share” and you can begin sharing and speaking.  We will also walk you through it and let you know when we can see your slides.

Many thanks for your email... I just got a message from Webex saying that now I am a co-host... I think you probably allowed me to be a co-host...

Once I became a co-host the Share button appeared as shown below...  My last question - I guess the share button will be enabled once my presentation starts?

  1.  You are in the desktop Webex
  2.  On the bottom of the screen when you have “the ball”, the Share option will appear as a lighted option (like the unmute and start video buttons are right now).  Do you see this?
  3.  Once you have “the ball”, click on Share.
  4.  Choose the application of where you slides reside.
  5.  Are these PowerPoint slides?  If so, when the slides appear on the screen, go to the bottom right of the PowerPoint slide and click on the Screen button to the left of the minus (-) on the zoom slide.

  1.  This will make your slide Full Screen.
  2.  Then you start talking.
  3.  We will guide you through this process at the time you present, do not worry.
