Hi Peterson,

   Happy new year!
I can only provide answers to No. 2, although you may have found already.
There are limited number of flights to Jeju from Inchon Airport, by Korean
AIr or Asiana. Or you can easily transfer to Gimpo Airport by AREX train or
shuttle bus, where you can find many flights to Jeju.

   Other path would be to transfer from Tokyo to Jeju, if connection
schedule is fine. Best wishes.
