[Korus-aq] CONFIRMED: KORUS-AQ Sea shipment arrival at AFRC

Subject: (Tentative) KORUS-AQ Sea shipment arrival at AFRC

All,
Please pencil in July 12th (after 12pm) and July 13th for showing up at AFRC Palmdale to collect your equipment arriving by sea. These dates are not 100% firm, we are still waiting for confirmation but I wanted to inform everyone ahead of the 4th of July weekend so that you have time to plan and make preliminary travel arrangements.

As a reminder, every instrument team is responsible for their own shipping arrangements from AFRC to your home institutions, please ensure that there is a representative from your team (and that he/she has been cleared to access AFRC) to prepare and send off your equipment.

We will keep you updated of any changes/confirmation as we get closer to the date.
