Good afternoon Dr. Peterson,

As a Travel Coordinator at SSAI, I am able to provide some of the travel support information.

The second attachment is a simple presentation slide with only the basic details of the KORUS-AQ Science Team Meeting. Jim Crawford at NASA LaRC is the PoC for KORUS travel, supported through SSAI. I will forward the most recent telecom presentation in a separate email.

The question you have regarding flights can best be answered by one of the CIAzumano Travel Agents. If you are fast today, you can contact who works until 5:30 or 6:00pm Eastern Time Zone. I’m pretty sure CIAzumano will be working on Monday, January 2nd.

Some travel logistic details are still coming together. However, in the very near future you should expect a full informational email from SSAI detailing the travel support process. For convenience now, the agent contact information is attached here.

Subject: [Korus-aq] KORUS-AQ Science Team Meeting travel

Hi All,

I am working to arrange travel for the KORUS-AQ Science Team Meeting. This will be one stop on a longer trip for me. I have a few questions:

1. What is the contact information (phone, email, etc.) for the primary organizer of the meeting in Korea?

2. Do all flights to Jeju require a transfer from Incheon to Gimpo airport?

3. Approximately what time is the meeting expected to end on Friday 3 March?

Thanks,

David Peterson
