[Korus-aq] Media Day Event Update (for attendees)

KORUS-AQ personnel not part of the instrument display and other event attendees, please arrive to the AMC passenger terminal (second floor, follow the signs) by 2:45pm (not 2pm as instructed before).

PS: Osan AB access reminders:


  *   If you don’t have a 37EK yet, then your name should be on the EAL (unless your information was submitted to us very late in which case you don't have either).
  *   If your name is on the EAL but you don’t have a 37EK you cannot escort anyone on base until you obtain the 37EK.
  *   If your registration was completed late and your name is not on the EAL you will need to be escorted on base. Today, ESPO  will not escort anyone on base, it is on you to coordinate with someone in your group/organization that already has a 37EK to escort you on base.
  *   If YOU escort a person on base, then YOU must escort the person off base.
  *   Do not bring any unannounced guests.
