[Ilrc-30-support] [EXTERNAL] ILRC-30 Poster Presenters

[ILRC -30]

Hello ILRC Poster Participants,



We look forward to seeing you in the ILRC-30 world.



To prepare for the Poster sessions, we wanted to give you a few tips.


The Lightning Talks for each day will occur in four breakout domes (Red,
Blue, Green, and Gold), these sessions will be muted and serve as previews
for the poster session that will be held later in the day.

The Posters themselves are located to the South of the entry point.  Once
the poster session begins, we ask that you report to your poster on your
selected day using the Poster teleport.  This will take you and the other
attendees to your posters.

Participants will then be able to click on your poster sign and download
your poster file.  You may share your screen to present and speak to your
slides. To share your screen, please click on the screen share icon
(highlighted in blue).  And select the item you would like to share.
