[Firex-aq] FIREX-AQ Science Team Meeting Travel Intentions Due tomorrow

This is a quick reminder of the deadline (31 January) to send your travel intentions for the FIREX-AQ Science Team meeting (17-20 March). Please respond, even if you are local so that we can develop an accurate head count for the meeting.

Respond by sending both your name and group via email to Caitlin Murphy (caitlin.murphy at nasa.gov<mailto:caitlin.murphy at nasa.gov>) with a cc to Bernie Luna (bernadette.luna at nasa.gov<mailto:bernadette.luna at nasa.gov>).

This information is critical as we need to initiate the process for approving the large number of visitors to the center and the need to badge them. It is particularly important that we know about Foreign National attendees so that paperwork is not delayed.

Reminder: NASA will provide travel support for PI+1 attendance for all NASA-funded teams. More than 2 people per group are welcome if you have travel funds and a presentation for each attendee.  Please contact us if you are concerned about falling through the cracks for travel support.

Alternatively, remote access via full webinar support with opportunities to ask questions will be provided, but we still encourage you to attend in person if possible.
