[Firex-aq] FIREX-AQ DC-8 Fire Flags updated

Dear All - 
Thanks, as usual, to Chris Holmes for identifying an improved fire location for Pushmataha on 8/26/19 on the DC-8. This has been updated in the flags, resulting in updated smoke age for that (with the same simple analysis as applied previously). Chris will announce his superior age product posted very soon. 

I have also updated the tabular data, and realized that some of my previous updates hadn’t been fully incorporated into that file previously. This, for the most part, results in only minor shifts in MCE. Please let me know if you have any questions.
