[Firex-aq] Takeoff and landing times for 2019-07-25 FIREX-AQ flight

Dear FIREX-AQ,

The takeoff and landing times for the MetNav file from yesterday's flight
will be:

Takeoff: 79347 s (22:02:27 UTC 2019-07-25)
Landing: 101266 s (04:07:46 UTC 2019-07-26)

Please see that your files correspond to the above time standards.

Also to clear up any confusion, my times will be different from what is
announced on the aircraft. Across the NASA ASP data-sets, I define takeoff
and landing as the following:

TO: Time index where aircraft ground speed exceeds 5.0 m/s with 5.0 seconds
preceding;

Landing: Time index where aircraft ground speed last falls below 5.0 m/s,
with 5.0 seconds following.
