Hi people.

So - two students can get a vaccine today that will make them delayed to UK. I am ok with that, and I would like to keep them in Q longer - Ken said they can survive with them in Q for day or two longer.

Please respond as soon as you can.

Ivona

Dave and Ivona-

OK, two of my students are getting their first shot today and sent me this-

Sam and I have found out we are getting the Pfizer vaccine today. However, the place we are going to has a strict 3 week policy for waiting for the next vaccine. This means we would have to leave on April 14 instead of April 12

I will deal with Claudia, Spike, Muntsa and Wokil who would have to cover for MOB w/o these two. There are logistical issues getting from airport now on different day (maybe 2 make own arrangements for a car to rent, or driver). Yes, one shot is better than none, but the more that are vaccinated the better our chances overall, so this seems like a good reason to be on a different schedule.

thoughts?

With only 2 hours till first shots, I told them to sign up for the second shot and we can decide later if that makes sense. MA has been crazy hard to get appointments, so this is not for lack of trying and only because of their hard work on line that they got in today.

Later, Ken
