[Exports_project_office] seafarer status

yes, airlines may not allow you on board without a test.  Several at 
WHOI are thinking Friday testing is sufficient to be getting on a flight 
Monday eve.  We have options here to get tested on Sat, but we are less 
certain about turn around time.
