[Exports_project_office] seafarer status

Not sure if anyone recently spoke to Guy or anyone from NOC regarding the seafarer agreement?

Reason why I am asking is following;
Seafarers are not required to have a covid test in order to enter UK. As people will be flying to UK on Monday night, it makes it problematic for some participants to get a PCR test within 72 hours of departure.
If they have the proof that they are seafarers, it is easier to get into UK for all.
>From the perspective of project I think we can allow 4 days or lateral flow antigen test (similar to UK entry one).
