[Exports_project_office] Go / NoGo = Go?

Just to complete the loop, I already told DV "LETZGO" yesterday, and 
will inform my group no later than Friday when the Sarmiento team has 
another meeting of "all hands" who are sailing.

FYI, our single 40' container left late last week for Vigo Spain, so we 
are on our way as well.
