[Exports_project_office] EXPORTS health plan

Yes, I told my student she is there for Q as an alternate, but leaves
when we start to mob. And we have strict Q for Sari (I'm doing that for
a student from Vigo FYI).
I guess it may depend if Sari will push back hard on the Q time. What
specifically is the crew doing?
