A few more comments/edits.  Thanks for working so hard on this Ivona!  It will be critical for some of us at institutions (like OSU) that are hesitant to allow any travel.

I have had multiple people ask about travel from airport to Southampton and if bringing everyone into a shared bus from Heathrow before quarantine is a good idea….anyway, something for us to think about.

I will wait till noon my time to see if anything comes from Guy regarding the missing parts of the document (NOC portion). If not, I will send an email canceling the PI meeting tomorrow. Feel free to send me your comments throughout the day, but I will stop updating the document today afternoon till I receive further info from NOC.

Also – do we need to meet for PO? I myself have no updates. Probably by next Thursday I will have couple of things I would like to discuss (Logging data aboard the vessels, platform tracking, and yes this document).  And then would like to snatch the whole meeting for discussion of the document.

Thank you Deb. I will work through the comments tomorrow morning in hope that we will hear something from NOC. If we do – I will send an email that whole team should meet on Thursday. If not, well then we will postpone it till the next week.

I can put a statement in beginning that takes care of the fluency of the situation, and that it will be updated with most recent documentation and changes will be implemented blab la bla. Thank you for the note on appendix, I still have to comb through those and link them up

Great job, Ivona. A few more minor comments attached.  Appendix B looks ok.
Should we have a statement near beginning that says this doc based on current conditions (what we know now)? I.e., what if everyone is (magically) vaccinated by April?
Also, I may have missed ,but wasn’t sure where UNOLS document appendix is referred to in text, and should have its own Appendix number ‘D’.

Thank you Dave, I will catch up with Craig today. My biggest issue is lack of NOC documentation. I am not sure how we can proceed without that one. Same as you, I really want this off my desk.

Note to all – as you have seen on the second page there is a table with my name on it (I will add all of you but, I need a NASA name for now there). As we modify this – and modifications will be needed, I will be releasing a new versions with updated list of modifications. So small changes are not an issue. But NOC document is really needed – it is a big chunk of this …
