Thank you Dave, I will catch up with Craig today. My biggest issue is lack of NOC documentation. I am not sure how we can proceed without that one. Same as you, I really want this off my desk.

Note to all - as you have seen on the second page there is a table with my name on it (I will add all of you but, I need a NASA name for now there). As we modify this - and modifications will be needed, I will be releasing a new versions with updated list of modifications. So small changes are not an issue. But NOC document is really needed - it is a big chunk of this ...
