[Exports_project_office] CHat of the captains

Hey peeps,

As Discovery & Sarimiento was not present today at project office meeting, I would just want to say that we revisited the idea of the chat of the captains - so far we really communicated with the techs only, and questions is how much of the information pertaining to the autonomous vessels # and inter-ship communication is transferred to higher ups. Would this be something useful to the project?
