Hi Ivona,

To book the taproom out on Tuesdays, there is a rental fee of $500. Additionally, we require a minimum spend of $250/hr. plus tax and a 20% gratuity on the minimum spend. I've broken down examples below to display how it all works. The examples show what the break downs would be if the event was three hours long for a total minimum spend of $750.

Here is how it would break down if you hit the minimum spend exactly:
·  $500 - Rental Fee
·  $750 - Beer Spend
·  $52.5 - 7% sales tax on beer
·  $150 - 20% gratuity on beer
$1452.50 - TOTAL
Here is how it would break down if you did not reach the minimum spend:
·  $500 - Rental Fee
·  $600 - Beer Spend
·  $150 - Fee to reach minimum
·  $42 - 7% sales tax on beer
·  $150 - 20% gratuity on the minimum spend
·  $1442.00 - TOTAL
Here is how it would break down if you went over the minimum spend:
·  $500 - Rental Fee
·  $800 - Beer Spend
·  $56 - 7% sales tax on beer
·  $160 - 20% gratuity on beer
·  $1516.00 - TOTAL

As for food, did you have a specific food truck in mind? Since you'd be booking out the entire taproom, we are flexible on what you can do for food. You could use a food truck, bring in catering, or bring in your own food.

Details: Hello,

I know this kind of soon, but is there a possibility to book the place for next Tuesday? There is 65-70 happy scientists in Williamsburg for the meeting. We would like to drink beer and would enjoy some of the yummi food from a friendly food truck. Start, 6:30 or 7.
