Good, but do all the junior scientists know what BIARITZZ is?  Can you add a link to the meeting?

For the questions,
I would add:
Who is the lead PI for the project that you are associated with?

I would eliminate the "for free" from this question:
Why do you want to go to Biaritzz for free?
Maybe change to:
How will you and the EXPORTS project benefit from your attending Biaritzz?
