[Exports_project_office] Additional plots for siting doc -Seasonal migrators

Dear Dave and gang,

Just something to add to the NA siting doc-perhaps some clearer illustrations (than what I put in previous siting doc) of what I mentioned on phone today about distribution of the 2 abundant seasonal migrators in the N Atlantic. In a nutshell,  our timing is good (late April through May), but I am a bit concerned about abundances at PAP. Better chance to get C. finnmarchicus- the more abundant one- further west (and/or north). I do agree with all the pros of going to PAP we’ve been discussing- just throwing this into mix as a potential con.  (those little buggers are tricky)
