[Exports_project_office] Telecom tomorrow?

Hello to all,

Since I will be driving today, a small email if you will be calling in today, make sure you have the documents for the Williamsburg meeting open. 
I have updated the participants list, with the names that hotel has given to Quincy, and Emmanuel since he is special.  We are looking at 63 people currently, so add 2-3 more and that is it. I sent an email last week to Mike Sieracki, asking him is he coming to the meeting and didn't hear back. (Mike id you are reading this answer pls). 

Things I don't want to forget so I am writing them here:
Pre-EXPORTS proposals? Do we have people coming? Should they present talk/poster?
Uta has sent me another email about the sessions for Oceans meeting - we should get a decision sooner than later (I can make a pool if need to)?
Email that I sent couple of days ago about AGU fall townhall got me a whole suite of responses: - is it useful at all?, sure!, and should we ditch the townhall and make a session out of it? I need some guidance and help. Note - these townhalls are there for the community and program people not us.

Hi All,  

I know lots of folks are traveling and can’t be on. I suppose we can use some guidance for the meeting - schedule, templates for PI presentations / posters and other issues. I’m on a plane next week.  So let's try for a telecom tomorrow.  ‘ll get some PI PPT templates out before the telecom.
