[Exports_project_office] Sample shipping confusion

Hi Quincy and Vidal,

Sorry to bother you on the weekend.

There is still confusion on the ship(s) as to the plans for shipping samples that need to be shipped overnight to various locations.  

Can you please confirm your understanding of how that is going to work in terms of 
1) getting samples to FedEx  
2) who is responsible for payment.

Also, is it possible to arrange for FedEx to pick up at the ships?
