Dave - Unless I'm missing something (and Karen and Phoebe are cc'd for this reason), I don't see an issue with one major exception, the walk in refrigerator. We are turning that into another lab for the Ra group and it will have to be empty and turned off by the 14th. We'll have some things that need to go in the walk in freezer, but shouldn't affect you using it. 

My only other concern, and this is something we cannot really control, will be traffic and space for all the trucks going in and out of the terminal, plus forklifts running all over. We'll be bringing in 6-8 tractor trailers on the 14th, plus other deliveries (e.g., gas cylinders) so I hope SIO and NASA, or the Cruise Terminal, will have a "traffic cop" to control the inevitable issues.

Hi Greg,

Hope things are going well for your GEOTRACES prep.  Quick question. For EXPORTS, the Revelle is scheduled to demob in Seattle on Sept 13 and the Ride on Sept 14. All of our shipments will be coordinated for both ships by the NASA ESPO folks, but the trucks are not leaving till probably the 15th.  Wondering if we can leave our frozen / refrigerated samples on the Revelle until our shipments depart while you guys MOB for GEOTRACES. Folks are concerned about samples staying super cold in a truck on the dock.  Not sure of the volumes, but the samples would all be packed in coolers in the walk ins ready to go…
