[Exports_project_office] Addition to the Sunday agenda

Hi Project Office,

As part of the meeting goals for Sunday we want to strongly suggest spending a few minutes during the “Project Planning” section on finalizing the location of the ships.
If we have some of the key players from UNOLS and SCRIPPS we can identify what needs to be done to finalize the plan and see how ESPO can help to move the process along.
We are getting a little bit nervous about the delay in the decision since a lot of logistical issues are still pending.
